I would like to help but I don't understand Armenian personnaly. :)
But I will work with some Armenian journalists to help them to create their blog.
If we choose the WordPress plateform, maybe it would be possible to help you in this work. I wanted to know if the translation has been done to propose this solution in replacement of Blogger, which has primarily chosen.
