Do you also encounter this issue in a different browser? for example Firefox or Google Chrome?

China has been known to block WordPress.com blogs, and there is nothing that we can do about this. As a workaround, you can try using a VPN or proxy to access the blog. The following links provide some options that you may be able to explore and/or use:

We have also heard that some users have had luck simply by using Opera Turbo:

Thanks. Just got on today and don't know how long the connection will last. Why is WP banned in China? Or is it the server WP is on?

I am attempting to export my blog to another site because I am in China and access is often difficult. However, I get this error when I try to export: "error on line 130 at column 32: Namespace prefix atom on link is not defined
error on line 131 at column 21: Namespace prefix atom on link is not defined"

What can I do to fix that to get the file? Thanks.
