I want to secure my blog so that only authorized users can see it. The intention is to utilize wordpress.com for hosting and management but utilize the API's to include all the content on our corporate blog inline. We have everything working to this extent except for proxying images from the wordpress.com CDN.

I am requesting the ability to get images from a secured blog utilizing an authorization header instead of requiring cookie auth. The end result here is to create a virtual URL on our server where we proxy the images so the images appear to come out of our domain instead of wordpress.com
Blog url: http://kinveyposts.wordpress.com/
