First, you'll need to be logged in as the user who purchased the domain.

Then, you can update the nameservers to point to your hosting provider's nameservers following this guide: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/domain-management/#update-nameservers

I have looked at both of these. I do not have the "Domain Administration" option on my page. From what I have read on the other posts from the numerous other posts on similar problems I need to deal directly with the domain registrar, but as I said I can't find the details for Automattic's domain manager anywhere!

We bought our domain name through wordpress.com, with a quick whois request I have found that it was registered through Automattic. I would like to change the nameservers on that domain now, but for the life of me I can't find a domain management url for the automattic domain manager.

Can anyone help?
