You know when you go to a particular blog, Gizmodo, Kotaku, Engadget, Autoblog, whatever it might be. There will be posts and you click on that image and it takes you within that post. In there, besides the article, there might be a gallery with a few pictures etc in there.

Is there a way of doing this with wordpress? I know you can add the flickr widget to your site but thats not what i want because the galleries will depend on that given post.

Seems kinda hard to add lets say a set of 10 photos via Media Browser each time and just throwing in a flickr link seems tacky.

I know there was discussion of features being added to wordpress but because of time, it never happened. I want to know, is this related to that? or are there other options out there that ive yet to come across?
