You need to hire a web host and set up your own WordPress.org install.

I only have a text option, and when I add html to this setting it disappears when I update my preview. I am wondering if I need to upgrade my wordpress account, or buy the theme to make this setting applicable. I also do not have any plug-ins, and I am wondering if I would be able to gain access to plugins if I upgrade.
