Getting an new email address only takes moments so you will have to be vigilant, and setting up Comment Moderation as well as Blacklisting arehelpful in that regard. You're welcome and best wishes with your blog. :)

Trolls are persistent and do tend to change IPs and email addresses frequently so be vigilant.

You can set your blog comments up to be moderated and simply click "trash" on every comment you receive from the party in question. You can also use the Comment Blacklist.
