			<description><![CDATA[<p>That is a problem. The only one that could promote you to administrator would be the person who is the administrator on the site now. The person who set up the blog is actually the blog owner, even if they set it up for you. Until they transfer it over to you, they are still the owner.

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Help!<br />
The person who made my blog (and is presumable the administrator) is inactive and out of contact for two years. I've been running the blog as an editor, but would like to be able to add additional authors and a new editor, which are privileges reserved for the administrator. Normally, the administrator would need to "promote" an editor to co-administrator. Is there another way, short of creating an entirely new blog?
