I'm new to WordPress but I'm finding my way around quite well. However, there's one thing that I've not been able to figure out.

I want my blog to be my home-page for people who are viewing my site, but when the viewer clicks on another page then they can't get back to the blog/homepage without clicking on my banner.

Is there a simple way to do this?
