To delete a blog takes bypassing 3 warnings that blog deletion is irreversible and clicking a confirmation link in an email for good reason ie. deleted blog URLs are not recycled.

You can register another blog with a similar name. http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/

Or you can register a domain via a domain mapping upgrade and it will not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is.

I have been working for weeks s at a new blog!
After changing the URL there seemed to be a copy of my blog.

I wanted to be sure not to delete the original blog I worked so hard on it so I changed the name of the copy...

When I wanted to re-open the original blog, all content was gone!!! - Totally empty.
The blog is still there but all the content is gone.....

Can you please help to restore my blog?
