Likes and Your Site

By default, all WordPress.com blogs display the Like controls under each post and display the gallery of Gravatars for bragging rights. This includes your site.

But, if you would prefer to keep these features off your blog posts, you can do so by visiting Settings > Sharing.

Uncheck the box next to Show a like button and who has liked my post on all of my blog posts above the comments section, and click Save Changes. The like buttons will no longer appear when readers visit your posts. (The Like controls will still appear in readers’ admin bars.)
