I imported my logo (hands) and I don't see it.
To your final question, I tried to set my logo in the Header box and for some reason, I now see a black box on the Dashboard. I tried to get rid of it - unsuccessful.

I will add a blog and see if it aligns properly on the site. I will let you know.

If it isn't then please post the URL starting with http:// for the blog your refer to.

What I see is a blog wearing Spectrum theme that does not have off-centered widgets - they are in the right hand sidebar where they belong.

I also see a 404 (page) not found error message which is expected when there are no posts published and will disappear when that happens.

Also you did not answer my questions above so please do that now.
Did you import content into the blog?
Or are your referring to content created in the blog that's no longer visible in your dashboard?

Everything is outside of the box. I tried Chrome; same thing. Missing lots of content (logo, pictures, widgets, etc.). It only shows my name and the background I selected.
