You may be seeing an "old" page that your computer has cached instead.

Please try going to your other blog's dashboard (where you can see your stats) and going to the "my blogs" tab, and selecting this new blog.

So, either you actually created it and didn't realize or someone else did but in any case you can't reuse a blog address that already exists.
