I could tell: I saved settings. You can see my attachment file. That's the result after I changed Site Title (Untitled in red box was a new Site Title).

Now I change Site Title again. I hope you can see before it affected.

Could you please try to change it again? please don't forget to click the [Save Settings] button after the change.
