When we delete a blog it's gone forever and the URL cannot be recycled and reused by anyone. Please post an active link starting with http:// to the new blog you are referring to. Also note that deleting the Hello World placeholder post result in a 404 (page not found) error message which will disappear as soon as you publish a post, not a page.
