Your WP.com blog has more SEO than any WP.org blog plus that plugin. That's because of the way it's built. We cannot add plugins to a WP.com blog, and this one isn't necessary anyway.

The answer is a simple one. Plugins are only found on WordPress.org installs. There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.COM blogs like yours and we cannot install plugins, upload third-party themes or edit templates or themes.

There is no upgrade that you can purchase from WordPress.com that provides FTP access. To get it you will have to hire a web host and set up a self hosted WordPress.org install.
