Hi there,

We were unable to reproduce this - the import from Blogger worked just fine when we tried it without having to use Draft mode. Does your student still have the original XML file she used to make the first attempt? We'd like to take a look at it - it could tell us the problem right away!

If so, I'll set this up as an email ticket, so her information isn't compromised.

Cheers!

A student of mine is trying to import her Blogger/Blogspot site into WordPress. For several days she waited for an email confirming the import, and tried different things to import manually with little result.

She found that she had to make her posts in Blogger set as draft in order to export them properly, a Google Blogger issue. Still, can you check to ensure that Blogger is importing correctly and in a timely fashion.

Here is her post to me on the subject. http://gloriascullin232.wordpress.com/2012/12/02/for-lorelles-review/

thanks!!
