If you wish to improve things in future with this box i would think it would be a good idea to bear in mind that not everyone uses a full size computer these days, my screen resolution is at the highest possible (recommended 1024x600), so i can't change that (except to lower). I came here to the forum for help about a box that was there to give me help!! Kind of ironic really lol. Thank you very much for your time.

Do you see any improvement if you zoom out? That will help us with improving things.

Do you notice any improvement in how much screen the box takes up if you zoom out of the page.

The settings for this are either under your browser's View or Window menu.

Overall, the box will disappear 14 days after you create your account, or when there are no available chat operators.
