For the domain mapping to work, you need to have the domain name hampshirefeministcollective.co.uk to be registered elsewhere (you can't have the domain itself to be registered via WordPress.com since we only register .com, .net, .org, .me domains at the moment).

Right now, it looks like that domain name is not registered anywhere: http://whois.domaintools.com/hampshirefeministcollective.co.uk

So you'd need to register that domain name with a service that sells .co.uk domains and then complete the mapping process as outlined here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/#instructions-for-mapping-an-existing-domain (steps 1 and 3 only, since you completed step 2) already.
