WordPress.com users can add any site with an RSS feed to the Reader by adding it to their list of followed sites under Reader > Blogs I follow > Edit list:

ps. Can someone on wordpress.com can "Follow" my wordpress.org site via the wp feed instead of just email? I just did a search on it and can't seem to find anything that might make it work?
