As I mentioned, our developers will be working to implement a change so that users who do not have a WordPress.com account will receive invitations and other notifications in the language of the site to which they're being invited, which is not how it currently works.

I'm doing test of usability for one blog in french language, I made the suscription as follower (the mail isn't a worpress user) and I get the suscriptions message an confirmation in english.

I know that wordpress have a feature (if you are user and your language is Y you get all the notifications in the Y language) but in this case the user not have a worpress account.

If wordpress not know what is the language of the user, the logic is send the message in the language of the blog becouse if you made the suscription for a blog in french is not logic get the confirmation mail in english.
