There are several issues with that form. Email, username, password and domain fields are supposed to be dir="ltr" and not "rtl".

Also, the display of the domain field is messed up.

I couldn't find a better way to report this bug. If I understand correctly, the Trac website is for reporting bugs in WordPress core and not in the wordpress.com site. If there is a better place for reporting, please let me know.
