			<description><![CDATA[<p>You can make major changes :) but only to the appearance with CSS and not to the HTML source code. I think you are referring to the HTML keywords meta tag for SEO, and that tag is sorely outdated anyway. WordPress.com is very search friendly and you don't need the keywords meta tag.
