You and your developer needs to read this entry I will link to very carefully as he's obviously unaware of the differences between free hosted WordPress.com blogs (no c-panel) and WordPress.org installs. WordPress.com vs WordPress.org

In addition you and your developer also need to read what Google's position is on content that's duplicated over domains. They introduced the Panada alogrithm to detect it and the impact on both the original site and the duplicated content site is somthing you nedd to consider very carefully before doing that. http://support.google.com/webmasters/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=66359

Does your website have the ability to draw from an RSS feed? If so, then this is the RSS feed for the blog linked to your user name for posts (entries) http://NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/feed/ and this is the RSS feed Url for your comments http://NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/comments/feed/

If your website is NOT equipped to draw from RSS feeds then do be aware we do not provide support for that. We support only wordpress.COM free hosted blogs here.

You will have to write something in PHP or javascript to do that. Here are a couple options:
