If you go to Dashboard > Options you should be able to scroll down to the date and time box; you can change it there. Hope that helps.

I have been posting to my blog today, Easter Sunday, March 23, 2008. Yet, some of my posts are dated Monday, March 24, 2008. This is odd. And I wonder if anybody else has noticed this behaviour.
