This is the RSS Feed for your posts http://rockymountainroll.wordpress.com/feed/ and provided your website is capable of drawing form that feed that's all you need.

If your website cannot draw from the RSS feed then you will have to write something in PHP or javascript to do that. Here are a couple options:
