It is quite different from what you've described, though.

Depending on your budget and technical skills, you can do it with paid, very expensive hosting, a good designer, a web developer, and software from WordPress.ORG.

You are looking at a minimum of tens of thousands of dollars. MINIMUM.

es la unica manera si no son mienbros o no tienen poderes en tu blog o web.

I'm wondering if it's possible to use WordPress to build a website that would allow others to upload videos to my site? (ie. think of Youtube where you can upload a video, rather than sending it to an administrator and having them upload it for you?)

IF so, how do you do this?
