You could cobble together something from workarounds, but there's no ecommerce on a WP.com blog, and embeds and levels of access are an issue. You probably want an independently-hosted WordPress.org blog.

I am looking for a solution to bring the people together and need to implement membership monthly payment and delivery of the meetup meeting.
