If so the answer is "no" we cannot disable them. The useful purpose they serve for me is to warn me that the site may have "mature" content and not be safe for work (NSFW).

This is really annoying, because I can't really see anything relevant, and I just want to be able to click on the link without bothering with a preview, but I can't see a way to disable the previews. Can anybody help?
