Here’s the link http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ After you use the searchbox at the bottom of the page there will be a section that says “Have you found the answer to your question?” You can choose either “Yes I found the answer to my question.” or “No I didn’t find the answer to my question and I would like to contact support for help.” The no option will reveal the contact form.

I had an old wordpress blog with my portfolio with a big media library, but it has other significant content. So I want to transfer my entire media library if possible (or even my gallery which appears in my old blog's pages) to my new blog >> ysamir.wordpress.com

I already tried the importing option in WP, but it imported the categories, comments, posts and pages. Even when it imported the pages (which my photo galleries are), it didn't import the gallery itself, it just imported the content and text of the page. (And I ticked the option of importing the attachments)

Is that possible and HOW? thank you.
