In the case of flash, most times it can be used with the gigya shortcode as explained in the posts here by Panos.

One note on the gigya shortcode: It is not an officially supported thing and as such, support for it could go away at any time. Most likely how long it will be around will be dependent on if it gets abused.

I'm trying to set up a wordpress page as the main page for my band. We eventually want to buy the .com domain, but here, but not until we've got the page as we want. Simple question, perhaps. How do I move the menu to under the header rather than at the bottom of the page? Is it possible?
