			<description><![CDATA[<p>No, I’m not talking about the first words uttered to you by every police officer. Here in the United States we see the signs every time we enter or exit the checking lane in any store. “Alcohol and Tobacco. We card under 40.”</p>
<p>A custom has developed in regard to this policy that is both appreciated and detested by equal numbers. Those under the age of 18 or 21 with criminal intent to purchase substances not allowed them at their age don’t take too kindly to it but I will disregard this fact due to its incredible duhness* (to be distinguished from dullness, usually the catalyst of duhness).<br />
