I know we have a "Subscribe to this Blog" feature, but is there a way to add a feed for the whole list of subscribed blogs to a feed reader such as Google Reader?

I know we can go to each blog and subscribe individually, and add the feed to Google Reader, but I'm wondering if there is a shortcut to the process.
