If you do have several blogs all under the same username account and wish to transfer all except one of them to another username account then "yes" that can be done. While you are logged out of WordPress.com your register another username account with a different email address. Then you invite that new username account to become and Admin of the blogs you want to transfer. A site is a blog. Do you mean that you have several blogs all registered under the same username account?

First question: I have several blogs on my site. I want to transfer just one to a new site. I wrote a blog under my name when I was president of an organization, and now I want to create a site for them independent of me. I don't want to transfer all of my blogs.
