For justifying your text, check over here. Scroll down to the alignment section. You'll want the full alignment. Hopefully that'll help you out a bit!

I'm not sure how to justify text in the post. I'm a newbie. ;) I just have it aligned to the left. I thought maybe there was a setting to turn off hyphenation in every post (no matter what browser the reader was using).

I'm not seeing any weird hyphenation on your blog when I'm using Opera, but it does appear in Firefox. Have you experimented with justifying your text?
