If you scroll down the page you will see:

It says you can enter NS1.example.com, NS2.example.com, NS3.example.com.

USinf IP address is not a good idea because it changes from country to country..

I'm trying to map my domain (http://subtletechnologies.com) to my blog (http://subtletechnologies.wordpress.com).

My registrar doesn't allow the use of NS1.WORDPRESS.COM type entries, so I have entered the IP addresses provided is this document (http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/map-existing-domain/):

72.233.69.14
76.74.159.137
64.34.177.159

Pinging subtletechnologies.com generates responses from 72.233.69.14, which seems correct.

However, on attempting to load http://subtletechnologies.com in the browser I receive the following error message:

Incorrect A Record
The A Record for subtletechnologies.com is set to a WordPress.com nameserver. Instead, you should remove all nameservers for your domain and specify the WordPress.com nameservers below to map your domain name to a WordPress.com blog. For instructions and some important warnings before making such a change, please see this document.

NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

I'm not sure what's going wrong here. I have read through the documentation and not found a solution, so would definitely appreciate some extra guidance!
