Those themes are for independently-hosted WordPress blogs, not blogs hosted on WordPress.COM. If you know how to write and edit your own CSS, you have the option of purchasing the CSS upgrade and modifying one of the themes here, but that's your only option.

Is it possible to upload themes to a Word Press hosted blog? I just created a blog and I would like to upload a theme that is found on wordpressthemesbase.com but I can't figure out how to do this. My blog is hosted for free by Word Press, not via a paid source like GoDaddy or something else.
