And because of it my mother cannot post on the forums an issue. She asked for WordPress to delete it completely from the account and it's still in the dashboard.

And when it is still considered "an unresolved issue" and still listed as a deactivated blog in their dashboard, they are locked out of forums, or creating a new blog. And no way to respond to people who respond to her issues.

That's what her issue is!

This is aggravating and frustrating with no way to resolve the issue when they are locked out of communications.

Once you do that, will that resolve the issue that is keeping me from contacting support to get help on an issue?
