Some themes even allow you to upload background photos for free, but not most of them.

You can put a tagline in your header for free either by choosing a theme with a tagline option or by choosing one with a custom header and putting the tagline in the graphic which you upload as the header.

It says that I can't import themes or templates, but what about uploading photos for my blogs? Also, is it safe to presume that with the upgrade I can actually put a "tagline" on my header? (i'm going with the benevolence theme)
