You need to choose "Transfer domain to another registrar" from the dropdown box. The next step is to log in to your domain manager, from Store → Domains in your dashboard. Find the section titled Domain Administration, and then choose Transfer ownership to another registrar from the menu below it. Read the instructions, and click on Next Step when you’re ready.

When I go to Store / Domains, there is no option for Domain Administration. Is there a help desk number to contact to walk me through this?
