Disable it, dozens of people are having this kind of problem and disabling Compatibility Mode solves the issues.

I suspect it was the addition of the software for an MP3 device--but it took about a month to go downhill. In addition to many other problems, one thing majorly affected has been my blog. I cannot access notifications. I cannot add tags. I cannot have pop-up menus on the dashboard. None of my tabs on the homepage work or pull up any data. Has ANYONE out there had a problem like this? I'm running IE9, Vista. We continually get a DEP error message and have tried all the Microsoft general troubleshooting suggestions. We have two other computers running the blog just fine.
