This is a peer support forum where Volunteers and Staff work cooperatively to deliver WordPress.com support. Volunteers answer most questions and Staff monitor. When Volunteers cannot provide the required support we flag threads for Staff attention.

There is no phone support here. If you have purchased an upgrade then you can contact Staff directly using this link http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ If you have not purchased an upgrade then simply post what you need help with into this thread.

I am not a zombie. Every Volunteer who answers questions on this forum is a human being. More to the point, I don't in any way shape or form resemble the cyber-zombies with cellphone implants and insecurity complexes, who are so techno-addicted they can't operate unless they have phone babysitters. . If you want to blog a rant on this subject in your blog I'm a researcher and I'd be pleased to come right back at you in my blog. Oh, and I'm not joking because anyone who thinks a phone is friendly and can't cope with written communication but refers to themselves as a blogger has serious issues.

And WTF IS THIS: I get an email in my box after trying to change the password from my smart phone (where I can still access the blogs in question):

"Dear user,

You recently requested to have the administration email address on
your site changed.
If this is correct, please click on the following link to change it:"

After clicking on the link, here is WordPress' response:

"Cheatin’ uh?"

WordPress, you are an idiotic robot.

Tick f'in tock.

Again, IGNORE "Blog url: http://irenyc.wordpress.com/" as WordPress stupidly does not give me a choice on listing the blog url I have issues with, and instead forces the listing of the url associated with the only account I can log in under to post a tech support issue!

I have other blogs registered under a different username but suddenly cannot access them. When I hit 'reset password" I receive no email in any of my email addresses. What the hell is going on? The "blog url" listed below is not the one concerned, no idea why it automatically lists it, since I cannot log into the one I am actually concerned about! I am only using this one because there is no way to post a help request without logging in!
Blog url: http://irenyc.wordpress.com/
