When I try to login to my admin area, I get this message:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_rtl() in /home/trusty/public_html/singingafterforty.com/wp-includes/general-template.php on line 2102

Has anybody experienced this!
Do you have a suggestion to make about clearing it up?

The site itself seems to be working. I just can't get in there to make any changes.
