Here’s the link http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ Type "upgrade refund" into the searchbox. After you use the searchbox at the bottom of the page there will be a section that says “Have you found the answer to your question?” You can choose either “Yes I found the answer to my question.” or “No I didn’t find the answer to my question and I would like to contact support for help.” The no option will reveal the contact form.

I decided to cancel the custom design upgrade. I submitted my request for a refund through the WordPress website, and I received an email to that regard. The email states that for security purposes I must click a link (included in the email) to confirm the cancellation. When I click the link I get a new tab that reads: WordPress Failure Notice. The new page includes a single sentence that reads: Are you sure you want to do this?

The new page does not include any way to confirm I want to cancel the upgrade, I assume because of the failure.

How do I confirm my refund? I only have 30 days for the refund, and I'm concerned there's a problem with the WordPress website that is preventing me from cancelling my upgrade.

Thanks.
