We currently do not have a way to change A records on domain registered here, so at this point I recommend transferring your domain to a registrar who does: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/transfer-domain-registration/

I am trying to change my DNS Settings but in my domain dashboard, under DNS manager it says "Domain is not active". Also under tools when I click Domain Manager the screen reads "No Domains in List" Can anybody help? I am trying to point my domain to my new site.
