Any help would be more than appreciated in figuring out what is going on over there so that I can post in the proper location next time there is a problem.

I tried logging in, but it says my password is incorrect. I had the password reset email sent, but I have yet to receive it, and since I am able to post over here, I think there is a problem with the iphone support site.

I hope someone can help me... i updated the iphone app earlier today and it wont let me login anymore, even though the password is correct. I did notice the username is elpnl020 and should de elpNL020, but i can't change it and it wasn't a problem before... any ideas?
