Provided you are logged in under the username account that registered the blog then, Site titles (Blog Names) and Taglines located here > Settings > General can easily be changed at any time.

Id you want to chnage the blog address ie. the URL then read everything very carefully at least twice before doing anything > changing a blog address > http://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/

HI; I STARTED OUT,MY BLOG WAS"Sandraminadotty"; I TRIED TO Change every title,to "WHATTODOWHILETHEPLANETDIES" and i have read every help advice; i cannot get every post,and name, to change to "WHATTODOWHILETHEPLANETDIES". i cannot put the 2 together; i don't want my main heading to be "Sandraminadotty" but my posts won't go under the new one,and the title is still Sandraminadotty. everything, all new posts,should go under"whattodo-". it's not doing it. plus, i keep trying to "catagorize" it with "name" "WHATTODO-" the new title. the posts still come up uncatagorized, even with adding them all. does the processing just take more time?? i have not waited long enough, ? thanks, newbie, sigh, Sandraminadotty, which is the new "WHATTODOWHILETHEPLANETDIES" (unfortunately, it's happening.)
