They suggested that my sites IP was the problem, that was blocked for some reason by wordpress, and they offered to change it. But if you say that everything is ok with it, I don't know what to do...

If you're able to visit WordPress.com sites and/or your WordPress.com sites' Dashboard, then the problem with your stats is most likely not related to your IP.

When you actually click on them, they lead you to the right place, but they appear as broken.
