If you are not successful when searching there is a link for the specific Premium Theme support forum for your theme under Appearance -> Themes in your blog’s Dashboard, but do note that the premium theme must be active and you must be signed in as the user who purchased it in order to see it and post to it.

That will take up a lot of space so that's why I just want to use the drop window on the sidebar and delete the ones under the header. Plus also it is not allowing me to put pages up by the header. Which is another reason I want to delete them so I can use that for my pages.

If so go here > Appearance > Menus and in the top left module disable this:

then click "save menu"
