For forms: try the contact form.
For videos: if you don't want to use YouTube and want to host your own, VideoPress offers unlimited video hosting - check to see if it's right for you.
For Table of Contents: consider using the Pages widget and the Archives Widget (or one of the many widgets for organizing content links, e.g. Categories Widget or Tags Cloud Widget).

What kind of content are you looking to include on your WordPress.com sites that you need iframe for?

I have some forms and videos (not youtube) on my website, that I want to include via Iframe. Also I have Table of Content (MySQL) that I dump via php-file that I want to include in my Blog.

Is there any chance to get this data visible on my Blog?

I'am using WP on wordpress.com and on selfhostet Servers. I want to upgrade to a WordPress.com Pro Account and migrade a few of my sites to wordpress.com.

Unfortunality a few of my sites use a little bit of iframes from Content that I hostet on my own. Is there any chance to include this content in WordPress.com-Blog?

All of the included Content is good quality Content, but not from the big Content-Provider (Google, Facebook). Is there a chance to get my iframe-Content on a WordPress.com-Blog on start?
